Belinda has been with USE-IT since 2018. Experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the non-profit industry. Belinda was promoted to Managing Director in 2022 and has experience in various industry sectors ranging from sales, operations, construction, civil engineering, local government and business analysis.

Gerald has served in the major plastics and manufacturing industries as an executive for over 25 years. Waste has not only been a personal passion but a way in which to give back to the community is key to some of these activities. Gerald has worked on several projects that have turned waste from a problem to a solution.

Adrienne has been with USE-IT since 2022. An entrepreneurial accountant and coach who completed her Articles with Grant Thornton in 2004. She has a BCompt degree from UNISA and a strong passion for assisting entrepreneurs and businesses with the A – Z of running their business financially.

Experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the packaging and industry. She is skilled in manufacturing, Operations Management, Packaging Design, Management, and Lean Manufacturing. A highly respected quality assurance professional who graduated from the University of Natal with BSC Chemistry.

Heidi has over 3 decades of manufacturing experience, with deep roots in the textile industry, but also works closely with other industries such as food, plastics, paint, automotive and is directly involved, as a technical advisor, with several international manufacturing pollution mitigation projects.

Paulos Ngcobo has been a Director with USE-IT since 2015. In 1999 he joined the KwaZulu-Natal Parliament and served in the following committees: Premier, Finance & Economic, Transport, Agriculture, Public Works and Sport & Recreation. Paulos currently works in the private sector.

Director Portia Dlamini is currently the Managing Director of Emakheni Group, a company she started 9 years ago. She is a Chemical Process Engineer by profession with 10 years experience in Manufacturing. She is a dynamic woman whose experience in the Manufacturing industry gave her the ability to understand systems and people.

Appointed in July 2025, Thandeka Zulu brings independent oversight, governance expertise, and community-focused leadership to the USE-IT Board. As a Non-Executive Director, she contributes strategic guidance, objectivity, and accountability in advancing USE-IT’s mission of landfill diversion and green job creation. Her role supports the organization's sustainable growth.
